February Faves

Tbh I am not sad to see February go. Between the winter slog and the pandemic, it was not an easy month over here. BUT, we made it!

Here are 5 things that brought me joy this February.

1. Abercrombie Vegan Leather Mini Puffer Jacket

I had been eyeing this jacket for months and finally took the plunge when it went on major sale – and I can totally see why these leather puffers are so popular! I went for the hooded version since the hood can be removed, so you’re basically getting two jackets in one! I went up 1 size to a medium so I could layer it with thick sweaters.

2. IKEA VITTSJÖ Shelf Unit

We did a little furniture rearranging that left a blank wall in our bedroom, and this shelf unit was the perfect thing! I love that the minimal frame and glass shelves keep it from feeling too heavy, and it was so fun to style. Best part, it’s only $60!!

I also made a little Instagram Reel sharing some of my tips for shelf styling!

3. Vichy LiftActiv Supreme Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin C Serum

I was so excited when Vichy sent me this serum to try as part of a PR package, and it did not disappoint! I’ve been using it for a little over a month and I’ve noticed my skin is plumper, more hydrated, and the fine lines around my mouth are less noticeable. I love that it can also be used on your eyes too!

4. This is US on Netflix

So I know This is Us has been out for quite awhile, but it’s a new show for us. We wanted something that was uplifting but still realistic – and this fit the bill perfectly. We’ve fallen in love with the characters and I’m so glad to have several seasons of it! If you’re looking for a new show and missed this one like we did, I highly recommend giving it a try.

5. Aerie Chenille Hoodie

Chenille + hoodie = love! I am going to be wearing this all through spring and even summer since it’s a bit of an open knit. The chenille is ridiculously soft and I can’t get over this gorgeous terracotta color! I sized up to a M since it’s a little cropped and I’m 5’8″, but if you’re shorter than me I think you’d be fine going with your normal size!
