I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m 32 and I live in Ottawa, ON, Canada with my amazing husband Arno. We have six distractingly adorable cats – Padme, Mika, Chloe, Zinnia, Chai, and Lumi, as well as an ever-growing collection of houseplants that I’ve managed to not kill.
Fashion, home decor, design, and just making things beautiful has always been my thing; even as a little girl I could be found wearing a dress with painted nails surrounded by very carefully arranged stuffed animals. I really think that living well is a form of self-care and self-love. There are a few things we have to do every day: wear clothes, eat, live somewhere, be with ourselves. Why not make daily life as delightful and enriching as we can? I’m all about working with what we have and enjoying the process. Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful!

A Few Fun Facts:
- I’m a major introvert (INFJ / Enneagram 4w5), so blogging and IG has pushed me out of my comfort zone. It’s challenging but also so rewarding!
- I studied graphic design in college
- I’ve tried to add color to my wardrobe, but I always end up going back to neutrals
- I’m kind of a nerd and love listening to science and history podcasts!
- Our home may look neat, but please don’t open the closets or cupboards
- I love cooking
- Arno and I met in high school, became best friends, and started dating shortly after we graduated. We’ve been together ever since – going on 15 years!
