Best Purchases of 2020

I always love seeing other people’s top purchases, so I thought I’d share my own. Here are 7 things I bought in 2020 that I now couldn’t live without!

1. Spanx Faux Leather Leggings

These leggings definitely deserve their spot at the top of this list. I’ve been wearing them non-stop since the temps started dropping, and they’re everything I could ever want in a legging and more. I won’t go on and on (because I already did in my Spanx Leggings Review & Styling post), but I will say that they are very comfortable and I find them to be TTS. I wear my normal Small since I want the hold-you-in effect, but size up if you don’t. These are pricey, but IMO are absolutely worth every penny.

2. Nike AF1 Sage Low Sneakers

I spent awhile looking for my perfect white sneaker, and these are definitely it! I love the platform and minimal details, and they are so comfy. Throughout the spring and fall I walked a ton in them, and they just get better with wear. I sized up .5 since I have wider feet.

3. Tarte Tinted Hydrator

I’ve always been a full-coverage foundation girl, but this summer I decided to try Tarte’s tinted moisturizer – and wow I am hooked! It gives a beautiful natural looking finish, and it’s buildable if you want more coverage. I love this for days that I just want to quickly do my makeup and feel more put-together. Of course, it pairs well with my holy grail Shape Tape concealer. I wear shade 13N in the Tinted Hydrator and 12N in the Shape Tape.

4. Erin Condren Planner

This year I became a paper planner person. With all the moving parts of blogging, IG, LikeToKnowIt, and just living, I needed somewhere to keep everything so I wasn’t a perpetually headless chicken. I couldn’t be happier with my LifePlanner – it’s beautiful and has the space for me to keep track of all the things. These planners are customizable – you can personalize your cover, choose a coil color, and choose your interior layout and color palette. I chose the horizontal layout which works great for me, but there are also vertical and daily options. Now I feel much less scattered, and I look forward to my weekly planner sessions!

My planner is actually 20% off right now!

5. Eufy Robot Vacuum 11S

My floors are clean and I didn’t clean them! This little RoboVac has been a lifesaver, especially since we have 3 cats and the fur gets out of control very quickly. The Eufy does take awhile to get everywhere, but it does a great job and is actually pretty quiet! I love that it’s slim enough to fit under the couch, and it’s easy to empty the bin.

6. Loopy Case

I’m good at dropping my phone – my last couple of phones have all ended up with cracks and scratches. As soon as I got to upgrade to the Galaxy S20, I immediately ordered a Loopy case for it. I went with the leopard (of course) and I love how 5% of every leopard Loopy is donated to the Wildlife Conservation Network. The case is very comfortable to hold, and the loop itself is adjustable and grips onto your fingers. And I haven’t dropped my phone yet!

7. Sorel Joan of Arctic Wedge Boots

These boots were actually an early Christmas present from my Mom 💖 I couldn’t be more obsessed with them! If you live in a cold climate, you know how difficult it is to find winter boots that are still fashionable. These beauties are waterproof, have serious treads, and are very warm. They fit TTS, come in a bunch of colors, and I just love the shearling detail!
