White jeans are one of my favorite things to wear all year round no matter what the “rule” is (I was never one for rules anyways!) In the winter, I love how they bring a bit of freshness to a wardrobe that might be starting to feel a little tired. The American Eagle ripped jeans (tts!) I’m wearing are my absolute favorite pair and so comfortable. I’ve had them almost a year and they’re still pure white! They’re on clearance now and selling out of some sizes, so I linked this year’s style as well. I also think a minimally-distressed pair of white denim (like the Old Navy pair I linked – tts) is a great closet addition!
Here are some of the ways I love wearing white jeans in the winter, which can hopefully give you some ideas too. As you can see, I was only able to bring myself to take one of these photos outside – it is just too cold here!
Monochrome with cold weather accessories
I wore this on a very cold day, and kept my base outfit monochrome with neutral accessories. I love how the white jeans make the outfit a little more unique, while still being a basic everyday winter look!
With over-the-knee boots
I love OTK boots with white jeans! Not only do they help winterize the look, but they also help keep your legs warm. With something more bold like these boots, I always like to keep the rest of the outfit simple and neutral, with cozy textures for interest. I would definitely wear this on a date, if it wasn’t a constant blizzard here!
With a pop of plaid
Plaid helps warm up the look, and would be super adorable around the holidays! I’ve had the sweater I’m wearing here for about 5 years, so I can’t link it, but any white or cream sweater would work for this look!
Bookended with neutrals
I love this for a more polished outfit, and one that can easily transition to spring. When it gets warmer, this would look cute with some mules or flats as well!
