I’m not one to go all out with fall decor (in large part because we’re short on storage space), but I do love giving my space a little seasonal update. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed fall is my favorite haha. I just love all the warm colors, the coziness, and I think pumpkins are just adorable.
My favorite way to bring fall into our home is by subtly shifting the color palette. I bring in more oranges, rusts, blacks, and golden hues, and put away any brighter summery pieces. Since our decor is already mostly neutral, it really doesn’t take a lot to create this shift. I also like to add some faux or dried floral arrangements and grasses, as well as cozy textures in the form of pillows and throws. And of course, I pepper cute pumpkins on shelves, tables, and basically anywhere I can fit one! I love neutral toned pumpkins, because they blend in with our decor and still give that fall vibe without being loud about it.
I usually get my fall decor at Homesense and Michael’s, but I would definitely be a regular at Target too if we had them in Canada! Below, I’ve rounded up some gorgeous neutral fall pieces! Seeing them all together makes me so excited for this season!
