Best Purchases of 2021

I always love seeing other people’s top purchases, so I thought I’d share my own. Here are 6 things I bought in 2021 that I now couldn’t live without!

1. Steve Madden Chelsea Lug Boots

I have worn these boots SO many times in the past year. The chunky lug style is super on trend right now, and they’re actually so versatile and easy to wear. These fit TTS and are very comfortable – I walked 10k steps in them with no issues! Clearly, I’m not the only one who loves these boots – they made it to the top of my 2021 bestsellers list as well!

2. American Eagle Mom Jeans

Another piece I’ve worn on repeat! I’m very picky with mom jeans, but I love the fit of AE’s high waist ones. This exact rip pattern isn’t available anymore, but they have a newer super similar version. I wear my usual size 4 regular in all AE jeans.

3. Birkenstock Arizona Sandals

I was a little hesitant to spend that much money on a pair of sandals, but honestly I’m so glad I did. I wanted a sandal I could walk in all day, and as someone with wide blister prone feet, that’s not easy to find. But these are supremely comfortable. They have a soft footbed, so they don’t need any breaking in, and the suede straps are very comfy. For sizing, I just used the size chart to convert my usual 9 to a EU 40, and they fit perfectly.

4. Barefoot Dreams Cozy Chic Cardigan

Another item I was iffy about because of the price, but this cardigan is amazing! It’s so soft, flattering, and warm but not too hot. I grabbed this during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and they’re included every year. I recommend waiting for the sale price if you’ve got your eye on it! I sized up 1 to a Medium because I like my cardigans oversized.

5. Foxybae Blowout Brush

I cannot shut up about this thing. Every time I dry my hair, I’m shook by how well it works! My hair is very fine and flat, but this gives me bounce and volume in 10 mins – what more could you want?

6. Comfort Works Sofa Cover

We have a discontinued IKEA Karlstad couch, and it hasn’t been looking its best. We had a dark cover for it, and since the couch is across from a window, it had noticeably faded. We ordered this made to fit cover from Comfort Works, and have been loving it! We went with a stain and scratch resistant performance weave fabric in the color Natural – I love how much it brightens up the room! I have a full blog post about our Comfort Works cover and living room update coming soon!

These are the items you all loved and shopped the most in 2021! I have and love all of these pieces – they’re great wardrobe staples! Everything fits TTS.
