How is May already? Since the days and weeks (and let’s be honest, seasons) basically blurred together, April felt weirdly endless but also just seemed to fly by! I’m turning 30 this month, and of course my birthday is going to look so different than I imagined it would. There have been a lot of feelings about that, but at this point I feel like I’ve reached a place of acceptance.
Anyways! Here are the outfits I posted in the second half of April, and I’ve roundup this weekend’s sales at the bottom of the post. Girls, they are so good!
I pretty much live in these shorts – they are so good! They’re also super popular and keep selling out. I’ll keep linking them anyways because I’ve seen them get restocked a couple of times. TTS, I’m wearing the Small. Linked a pretty much identical cami, a bodysuit option, and similar cardigans!
Completely obsessed with this sweatshirt and shorts! I sized up 1 to a Medium in the sweatshirt for length (it is a bit cropped and I have a long torso), and went up 2 sizes to a 29 in the denim shorts. Both of these made my April Top 5 Purchases list!
Wearing a few all-time favorite pieces here! If you only have 1 denim jacket, I say let it be this one. I’m wearing my true size Small, but if you wanted a boyfriend fit you could certainly size up. These are also my favorite pair of white jeans; they’re from last year but they came out with a new version for this year which looks just as cute! TTS, wearing a 4 regular.
I’ve been living in these cute loungewear pieces! Love how lightweight this tie-dye hoodie is – I’ll even be wearing it on cooler summer days. I went up a size to a Medium. My shorts are TTS (wearing the Small) and the softest things ever!
Love this top and shorts, both from Abercrombie! As you may know if you’ve been following me for awhile, these tie-front button down tops are my go to, and I love Abercrombie’s version. It’s less oversized than the original Urban Outfitters one, and doesn’t have the dolman sleeve. Wearing my true size Small in the top, and I sized up 2 to a 29 in the shorts.
Finally got on the camo train, but had to make it neutral! Love this subtle take on camo, and it’s super affordable! I sized up to a Medium for a more relaxed fit.
Will a week go by where I don’t share this sweatshirt? Time will tell, and I guess eventually it’ll just get too hot to wear it! One of my favorite bloggers, Daryl-Ann Denner, wore this combo and I had try it for a #WannabeWednesday. Jeans are TTS (wearing 27) and I sized up to a M in the sweatshirt.
I was inspired to style a dress with a tee knotted over it by Lauren May and I just love the look! It’s a great way to make a dress more casual and wearable for everyday life. Can’t wait to actually wear this outside!
Another look with the camo tee, this time with my favorite utility jacket! Old Navy brings back these slide sandals every year and I’m obsessed with them. I have 4 pairs, they are super affordable, comfortable, and I love the minimal style. Went up to a M in the tee, everything else is TTS.
