Ugg season is almost here, so I thought I’d do an in-depth review of my Ugg Tazz platform slip ons. I don’t know what to call these – shoes, boots, clogs, slippers that you can wear outside – but whatever you call them they are the perfect footwear for fall! They’re cozy, chunky, and look so cute with jeans, skirts, or leggings. Plus, I love the braid detail! I got the color Sand, which is very similar to Mustard Seed, aside from the light blue in the braid.
One thing about Uggs is that they’re really, really comfy. While I wouldn’t say this slip on style works for long walks, I can happily spend the day on my feet in these. Like any backless shoe, these don’t stay on your heel the way a sneaker would, which personally doesn’t bother me but is something to keep in mind. For sizing, I read reviews and ended up getting a size 10. I’m usually a 9.5-10, so I would size up if between sizes and consider going up half a size especially if you plan to wear thicker socks with these. I have blister prone wide feet and have absolutely no issues with the Ugg Tazz! The platform is 1.75″ and I find them easy to walk in. If the platform isn’t you thing, check out the Ugg Tasman, which is the same style without a platform.
Keep in mind that Uggs do sell out, so if you have your eye on these I’d grab them while you can! I managed to get these earlier this year in winter (after months of checking for stock), so I’m excited to finally get to style some fall outfits with them!
